Need help with an open ticket
Hi Voiceflow team @mods — I’ve been replying multiple times to Ticket #20471, but my emails aren’t being received on your end. Can someone please check or escalate this ticket? Thanks.

1st. Hi Alka,
Thanks for getting back to me. Let me clarify: when I create a new project, I do not see the option for “Auto-Build from docs” that your documentation references. The only option available is starting from a blank project.From the docs, I was expecting to see:
“New Project → Auto-Build from docs” (to upload PDFs, paste URLs, etc.), or
The ability to run Auto-Build later via CMS → Workflows → + → Auto-Build.
Neither option appears in my workspace. Can you confirm whether Auto-Build is fully enabled for Pro accounts, or if there’s a rollout/feature flag that needs to be turned on for my workspace?
