Anyone else struggling to buy a phone number via Vonage?

Hello,
It has been 3 weeks that I try to add funds to my vonage account to buy a phone number.
I am based in Belgium.
I use my credit card regularly without any issues.
Anyone else experiencing this kind of issues with Vonage?
