Popups in Voiceflow? Need suggestions

How are people building popups with Voiceflow? For example, if there is chatbutton in the corner, there would be like "Hey, come chat with me!"

Are people using Voiceflow only, or are you guys using some other programs with Voiceflow to create some popups? Example in picture

I made one project with pop ups but they were html coded and triggered by a custom action in Voiceflow.
