Hello I am on the verge of implementing a chatbot for a big client configurated in VF and passed to Tixae for only the humanhandoff . My client is an ecommerce business who has an average of 1m visitors per month . I am really anxious about credits consumption , do you think the 200k credits business tier will be enough ?

Hi Mohamed, having the same question. The consumption of the Agents is enormous, usually can go up to 250 credits for a single conversation.. which means for 200k credits, you'd get 800 chats only, it's nothing.
I dont think so , for voiceflow they clearly state that 1 message client is 1 credit , user response is free unless it is an llm consumption
Yeah I was talking about LLM consumption based interactions, especially ones involving agentic AI
Personally I am not using agentic ai for this project
We have a pro account running on multiple websites. The web analytics pictured above is just one of them. That is just in 24 hours. We have a 15k Pro plan, and we never run out of credits.
