Sales question: credit limits & plans

Last couple of months we are hitting the limit of our credits. As we need to take some actions, we need clarification on a few things:
- What plan (and credits) are we currently on? -> we are on the business plan with 200k credits.
- What happens exactly when we hit our credit limits?
- What possibilities would be available for us once we hit our limit?

Here’s how Voiceflow billing works for high-usage workspaces
1️⃣ Current plan & pool
• From your note you’re on the Business plan – 200 000-credit tier (Business has several credit tiers above the default 30 k; you’re on the 200 k option).
2️⃣ What happens when you reach 100 % of the pool?
• You’ll receive automatic email alerts at 50 %, 75 %, 90 % and 100 % of your limit.
• Once the full 200 k is exhausted all agents in the workspace stop responding (chat messages return an error and voice calls will not connect). No further credits are consumed until the pool is topped-up.
3️⃣ Options once you’re close to / at the cap
• Upgrade to a higher credit tier on Business – e.g. 300 k, 500 k, etc. (credits are bundled with the plan; they can’t be purchased à-la-carte).
• Move to Enterprise if you need a custom credit quota, invoicing, SSO, private cloud, larger concurrent voice limit, etc.
• Reduce burn by optimising LLM/TTS usage (use smaller models, shorter prompts, fewer system messages, cache static answers, etc.).
There’s currently no auto-upgrade toggle, so make sure to pick a tier that covers expected traffic for the month.
