If I create a chatbot for a third party, do they need their own Voiceflow account?
A friend of mine would like me to use my limited Voiceflow skills to create a chatbot for their website. They also gave my name to some other people who also want a chatbot. Do they each need their own Voiceflow account, or do I just use my account to create bots that they can download or something? How does this work?

You can do this multiple ways.
1. You can have it in your account and charge them. This is how a lot of agencies make money.
2. You can build it (possibly charging them for your time or free if you want) and then download the project to send to them. They will then create an account and import the CF project into their account.
