Question about chatbot message concurrency

Hi, I’d like to know if there’s a limit on simultaneous conversations for the Voiceflow chatbot (not the telephony feature). For example, can the platform handle 20 user messages or chat sessions at the same time without any issues? Thanks in advance for your reply!

Easily. VF can handle 1,000s of concurrent messages from your chatbot.
