Automating Evaluations
In addition to an agent I'm trying to use VoiceFlow to build a tool that automatically evaluates transcripts generated by Fireflies. Then I'd like to get the results from the evaluation out of the platform and generate reports from them. Is VoiceFlow able to do this? I'm not seeing the ability to so far in workflows. It seems like evaluations can only be used on transcripts created by VoiceFlow. Any help is appreciated!

Sure. You need to have a look at the API.
I've been looking through the API + Docs, but I don't see a way to upload an external conversation. Can you point me in the right direction?
