Document upload timed out

Hi, I'm trying to upload a 9.8Mb text file that is basically all of our product data. I realise the upload limit is 10Mb so pretty close, but it accepts the file when I select it and goes into a "Processing" status for about 10 minutes, before then failing with a "Document upload timed out" message.

Am I just too close to the 10Mb limit, or is there another issue here (my account is currently the 7-day free trial while I test the functionality for our needs)?

Where's your project data coming from?

We generally find product data works best when imported via the API as tabular data, so if the data is available in a format where that could be done, I'd highly recommend doing so

As far as I'm aware, the 10MB limit isn't impacted by plan type or the trial - we might be calculating the limit slightly differently to how it shows up on your OS or something like that

Hmm, thanks Jacklyn. Sadly I can't query anything using the API, I only have a file export of the product data available. I've tried a smaller file (6Mb), but got the same result.
