The topic I'd love to do a deep dive on is using the Dialog API (or Knowledge API) to customize your Chatbot. I'm a no-code/low-code guy so working around this API has been a learning curve haha. Can confirm a few others in the #💬┃general-chat are also looking for help on this.
Within the Dialog API, the specific questions I have are:
- How to turn the chatbot widget into a full-page chat experience (like ChatGPT)
- How to add in custom animations to chat messages
- How to incorporate streaming into chat responses

I understand that this might not be a priority by any means, but;
Do you guys have plans for enhancing the UI customization of the chatbot?
The direct alternative/Competitor is Botpress; and arguably, the only edge they hold over voiceflow is the complete UI customization they provide.
It would be a whole lot better if Voiceflow allows customization of the bot 's outlook to a greater extent too

Q: How can you get unique ID to store user data in a database, keeping track of their names for all future conversations for instance.

Oeh, I got one too: how about an AI-assist that has a selector for the type of block/node-sequence you want to use (eg 'lead gen w/name+email+phone') and then auto-inserting one from a block library. Kind of how AI works in Notion.

Is it possible to save a response ai to a variable then have that response given back to the user to edit or add their own details e.g the response AI creates a profile of the user but the user wants to amend a few details ?

I would like to create a bot that can read a table of data and answer questions based on it. I've tried providing a google sheet url or a pdf print of my google sheet but the KB doesn't work with this. Is there a workaround or something in the works?
