hey, I have a question. the bot is supposed to ask for the name, and then say Hi"name" - ive been running into issues where it either says "0" or "I didnt get that, please try again" or it repeats the whole phrase back so "hi hi my name is X"
Instead of adding chagpt, how do I train this variable? I saw old videos where variables could be trained on utterances like "hi my name is {name} or Im {name} but i cannot find those anymore as since those videos were recorded things changed

all the devs Ive spoken to said to just use AI but I cant believe that such a simple step I cant use the capture? especially bc the feature existed a year ago but I dont know where to find it.
would be nice if there is an updated video about this

Hello, so ive been doing alot of API calls to make.com with voiceflow over the last few weeks. Some of these operations take about 30 seconds to complete but it seems like whenever i pass 20 seconds, it times out and says “user aborted a request” while this is not the case. Can you set the timeout on these API calls manually? This should help alot for alot of people in their chatbots. Thanks you

Hello! Glad to be here! Quick question: I know twilio is able to be integrated directly from voiceflow. Is there also an integration for Fonoster? If not how would I be able to use Fonoster in place of twilio? What would the process look like?

yes many guys using voiceflow face this but it's not voiceflow mistake there is a way to solve this by using ai and response ai you can solve this set the prompt ( watch the the last utterance and respond user by his name) and this prompt will fix it

1. How best to setup a kb for answers from a Q&A? Does it help to have variations of the same Q&A in the KB for example? How to structure document? Different file types?

👋 Hey everyone! I'm currently using Voiceflow's React Chat repository for my project and I'm interested in adding a voice assistant feature. I've been following this Voiceflow tutorial that explains how to create a webpage assistant using their Dialog API.
I'm a bit puzzled about how the tutorial combines AI with the "speak" option to make the assistant more interactive. Can anyone help me understand how these two functionalities are integrated? Also, what's the best approach to incorporate this into the existing React Chat repo?
