Can anyone help with the [NOT-FOUND] parameter not working?

Hey all - new to VoiceFlow but finding the [NOT_FOUND] response to failure to find right answer in the knowledge base not working.

I have attached a few screenshots. It used to work but not anymore. Any help is appreciated. TIA
