"X" Close Button Not Showing?
Any information of my "X close button" not showing in my AI assistant once I embed it into my html? The link is present as my cursor changes, but it appears to be white on white? Any help would be appreciated.

The issue you're experiencing with the "X" close button not showing up in your AI assistant could be due to the color configuration in the Appearance section of your web chat experience. The color of the close button might be set to match the background, making it appear invisible.
In the Appearance section, you can customize various visual elements of your web chat experience, including the main color. This color is applied to the chat icon, chat header, chat responses like buttons, and to the user's chat messages. If the main color is set to white, it could be causing the close button to blend in with the background.
To resolve this, you can try changing the main color to a different one that contrasts with the background. You can do this by providing a different HEX color in the Appearance section. This should make the close button visible.
Remember, any changes you make to your Assistant, including color changes, will require you to publish a new version of your Assistant for it to appear in your Web Chat.
