Only use a certain document of the knowledge base in response ai block.

I want to use a response ai block to answer a question of the user. The problem is that in my knowledge base there a two documents that only differ in some details and often times the ai takes the data from the wrong document. I want the ai to only use the data from the specific document in that step to prevent it from getting confused.

In Voiceflow, the Knowledge Base is designed to leverage all the documents and data you've uploaded to generate responses. Currently, there isn't a feature that allows you to specify a single document for the AI to use in a particular step. The AI uses all the data available in the Knowledge Base to find the most relevant content chunks and generate a response. However, you can improve the accuracy of the responses by refining the information within your Knowledge Base. You might want to consider adjusting your data sources or tweaking the AI model settings to improve the quality of the responses. Remember, the Knowledge Base is an experimental feature leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), so there is potential to generate misleading or false information. It's crucial to examine not only the direct answer but also the sources from which the AI retrieved the information. Please note that any changes made in Preview are temporary and will not impact the Knowledge Base's overall settings. If you're satisfied with the preview results, you must manually update these preferences in the Knowledge Base Settings to apply them globally. I hope this information helps. If you have further questions, feel free to ask.
