Choice as first block works on canvas but not using whatsapp integration.
Hello folks, I'm having an issue with the first message that starts a conversation with my chatbot, but only via WhatsApp.
My first block after start is a choice step with different intents.
When trying on canvas, it works smoothly and recognizes the intent in the first message.
But, starting a conversation via WhatsApp, the chatbot recognizes the intent (checked on transcripts), but needs a second message to trigger the intent.
Is this because the first message sent via WhatsApp is recognized as the Trigger to start conversation but not sent directly to the Choice step first block?
Any fix to that? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance!
