You can toggle off the Chat widget from the Integration page, you can also use an API step in your agent to check a DB/backend for a 'live' value.

so the live value would be the conversations it has right? Thank you very much, do you know a tutorial on how to set that up? The integration page you mean clients page? Cause they would shut down my access. Or you mean through my voiceflow? I am kind of new with this. Thank you very much
I assume you have the agents built and hosted on your Voiceflow account right?
