I'm starting to think that small budget clients are no longer important for Voiceflow. No support, no answers to questions. only suitable for large organizations with dedicated technical teams
I think you should re-examine your support policy. This business area is growing fast. You may regret it tomorrow. Your small and non-technical customers are not happy. Are you aware?

Hey @Creai you still facing this issue? If so can you pass over your email - the dates should be synced up but sometimes they arent for some reason. Fixing with a new billing system.
