error updating version

Hello, I have a problem with updating the version, and I practically haven't made any changes. What could this message mean?

If you're encountering an error while trying to update the version of your project without making significant changes, it could be related to a few key areas in the publishing and version management process. Here are some points to consider: - Ensure that you are publishing your assistant to freeze the current version of your project. This action creates a stable copy for production, allowing any further changes to be made without affecting the live version. - Publishing also allows for easy rollback to previous versions if needed, by reverting to a backup. - When you publish a new version, it overwrites the existing production version but leaves your drafts untouched. This is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the live application while continuing development. - It's important to give the system a few seconds to confirm that the new version has been successfully published. You should see a notification confirming the publication. If these steps do not resolve your issue, it might be beneficial to review the specific error message you're receiving for more targeted troubleshooting. For detailed guidance on publishing and managing versions, you can refer to our documentation on Publishing an Assistant and Managing Backups and Changes.

Okay, but I haven't been able to publish the version for an hour or go back to previous backups. Unless the process of restoring to the previous version takes a long time.

I'm having the same problem. Also can't see KB API key, just one option 'API keys'.

So you don't know what the direct cause may be, some problem with JavaScript blocks or API? For me the problem appeared around 1-2 p.m. yesterday and until 12-1 p.m. I made several publications where I added a few JS and API blocks, but after removing them, I also downloaded versions from 2 days ago and for this version from 2 days ago there is also a problem with publication. I don't know if there were any new updates and maybe that's the problem?

I have alerted voiceflow support on the issue and their engineers are looking into it. It could be many things as you state. I will advise if I get a response. One other thing. Are you seeing all your API options under Integrations? I am seeing only one option.

Oh great, how to solve this problem, please let me know what the problem was, friend. There has been an update to Voiceflow recently and it is now one universal API key for everything.
