It sounds like you're encountering an error due to a timeout when waiting for a user's reply. To address this issue, you can utilize the "No Reply Response" feature available in the "User Input" type step. This feature allows you to set a designated timeout period, after which a specific action can be taken if no response is received from the user. Here's how you can set it up: - Under any "User Input" step, look for the option to "Add No Reply Response." - Set a timeout period according to your needs. This is the duration the system will wait for a user's reply before considering it a no-reply scenario. - Configure the action to be taken if the user does not respond within the specified timeout period. This setup helps in handling situations where the user remains silent or is away from the keyboard, ensuring your chat assistant can proceed accordingly without getting stuck. For more detailed guidance on setting up no-reply responses and handling user interactions effectively, you can refer to the documentation on our developer site: No Reply Response.

This is not from the capture step. It is more than likely from a AI step after it. Can you send a screenshot of your flow, including the blocks after the capture step?

Thanks for the video, but can you do one that shows you using the assistant with debug mode on and go through the steps to replicate the timeout?
