Condition Block Problem - Buttons appearing instead of checking conditions
I have a condition block to check if (user) email == order_email then proceed, else go to a different block. Variables are saved correctly, and can be seen in one of the images. However, once we arrive to this block in testing, there is no check, it simply provides 2 buttons.
Checked out the conditions guide, it didn't really help with this issues. I've also emailed support and no response so far - not really sure what's going on here, or how to proceed. If someone could help that'd be great.
