Additional Token Gone poof!
Hello, last month I've bought a pro plan in voiceflow and I bought an additional 8 million tokens, I did not continue the pro plan since my aim is just to buy additional tokens. After my pro plan expired I noticed that my token is back to 100,000 only. I searched the additional token in the past and it says it does not expire nor does renew

In Voiceflow, additional tokens that you purchase are indeed non-expiring and are added to your monthly quota. However, they are only available as long as you're on a paid plan (Pro, Teams, or Enterprise). If you downgrade to a free plan, your token quota will reset to the free plan limit, which is 100,000 tokens per month.
When you were on the Pro plan and purchased additional tokens, they were added to your monthly quota. For example, if you had used 500,000 of your 2,000,000 monthly quota and purchased an additional 1,000,000 tokens, your token meter would have shown 500,000/3,000,000 used. If you then used 1 million additional tokens, your token meter would have shown 1,500,000/3,000,000 used. This means you used 1 million of the free tokens and 500k of the purchased tokens.
However, once your Pro plan expired and you did not renew it, your quota reset to the free plan limit of 100,000 tokens. The additional tokens you purchased are not accessible on the free plan. If you want to access those additional tokens, you would need to upgrade to a paid plan again.
Please note that tokens in Voiceflow are used as a form of currency to facilitate interactions with AI models. Depending on the subscription plan, users receive a specific monthly allocation of free tokens. If users require additional tokens beyond their allocated quota, they have the option to purchase them. However, this purchasing capability is reserved for customers enrolled in paid plans.

I did not even managed to use those 8 million tokens.... Did I just waste 40 dollars?

Ouf @Tatsuya please send me your email - I can help process a refund here. I believe you need to be on the paid plan to do this as the free plan does not have the ability for additional tokens outside of its free limit.
