My monthly reset did not reset at all

Hello again! I have this issue in voiceflow where the token usage won't reset at all, in the past it was fine it resets but after buying pro and buying the additional tokens and downgrading again in free it does not reset :c. I was planning to give this chatbot to my school since its my capstone project. But it appears I cannot do it anymore Hmm I think I know the issue, if I bought the pro plan at march 20 will my token reset will also be moved to every 20th day of the upcoming month?

Based on your description, it seems like you've encountered an issue with token resetting after downgrading from a Pro plan to a Free plan. In Voiceflow, tokens are used as a form of currency to facilitate interactions with AI models. Each subscription plan provides a specific monthly allocation of tokens. For instance, the Free plan offers 100,000 tokens, the Pro plan provides 2,000,000 tokens, and so on. When you upgraded to the Pro plan and purchased additional tokens, these tokens were added to your monthly quota. For example, if you used 500,000 of your 2,000,000 monthly quota and purchased an additional 1,000,000 tokens, your token meter would show 500,000 / 3,000,000 used. If you used 1 million additional tokens, your token meter would show 1,500,000 / 3,000,000 used. However, when you downgraded to the Free plan, any extra tokens you had purchased would not be transferred to your Free workspace. This is because the purchasing capability is reserved for customers on paid plans (Pro, Teams, or Enterprise). As for the token reset, it should occur at the beginning of each billing cycle. If your tokens are not resetting as expected, it may be due to a technical issue. Unfortunately, I am unable to assist with technical issues. I recommend checking your account settings and ensuring that your billing cycle has indeed reset. If the problem persists, you may need to seek further assistance.
