My usage doesnt reset.
I've downgraded from a paid plan to a free plan but my usage doesnt reset each month. It stays at a 100.
When i ask tico he says:
"You have a 200000 tokens quota on your current plan.
You've consumed 202907 tokens so far on your undefined days period.
This is 101% of your available quota.
Please note that you're next quota reset date is on Invalid Date."
Invalid Date?

Weirdly my problem is solved. My credits now reset but they should've been reset since 3-4 days.
Hope it doesnt happen again, but still thanks =)
