The conversation buttons keep in the bottom and don´t respect the chat flow

Hi guys,
Question:
When the user starts a conversation, my chatbot responds with a welcome message and then asks a question and shows 2 buttons for the user to click. If the user does not respond after 2 minutes, the chatbot informs the user that the conversation will be closed due to lack of response.
The problem is that the buttons are still at the bottom of the conversation and do not respect the flow. In other words, it should come before the closing message due to lack of response.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
