How to Identify Generated Sentence as Which Intent
I got a scenario like this:
User ask: show me XXX for Country A in 2023
System: provided the result
User ask again: how about Country B
I will process and generated the new sentence as 'show me XXX for Country B in 2023' and pass to system to get the result.
This XXX is a topic with intents (XXX is Intent 1, YYY is Intent 2 and so on). How do I classify the generated sentence to its intent so that I can go to the correct next step? Which option should I used? And if there is none of the intent matched, I would like to show another message.
The default intent step would not be triggered because the sentence is not user utterance but I generated it to a more complete question by referring to the previous question. My aim is to ease user without needing to repeat the same parameter over and over again.
