Free Trial Ends Immediatly
i just signed up for a free voiceflow account and i didn't even finish the tutoriel and i am asked to downgrade to free version but i am already on free version and the downgrade request page appears each time i try to enter a project. i tried siging up with a new account yet i still got the same problem . can someone please help ?

If you wish to cancel your Voiceflow Pro subscription, we will need two things from you:
1. Your Billing Email Address associated with your Voiceflow Subscription
2. The Reason for your Downgrade/Cancellation today
Please provide the above information to support@voiceflow.com.
If you're interested in creating a new workspace, select 'Create a new workspace' from the workspace dropdown menu. You will need to provide the workspace name, invite any team members you have as editors, and enter your payment details. Please note that additional workspaces require you to purchase a plan.

Your 14-day Pro trial has expired
this is the error i get while its just today that i signed up i get 2 options upgrade to pro plan which i won't do because i didn't get to test the service yet and downgrade to free plan which when clicked on gets me to the workspace but when accessing the project i get the error back
