Chatbot stopped working pls help
I am on a pro plan, and had 25 million tokens in my account however, I have been given 100k limit as if am on a free version.
I have got live bots deployed. when i tried to chat with my bots, the api triggers but it ends the conversation because if this issue.

1. Token Allocation: Ensure that your account is correctly reflecting your Pro plan's token allocation. On the Pro plan, you should have 2,000,000 tokens per month. If you purchased additional tokens, they should be added to this quota.
2. Token Meter: Check your token meter to see if it correctly reflects your usage and remaining tokens. For example, if you had 2 million tokens and used 1.5 million, it should show 500,000 remaining.
3. Subscription Status: Verify that your subscription is active and that there hasn't been any downgrade or issue with your payment that might have reverted your account to a free plan.
4. Token Purchase: If you need additional tokens, you can purchase them. For Pro plan users, additional tokens can be purchased at $5 per 1 million tokens. Ensure that the purchase is reflected in your token meter.
5. Refresh and Sync: Sometimes, it might take a minute for the additional tokens to appear in your account. Try refreshing your dashboard to see if the token count updates.

I like to stock up tokens my recent purchase was this. And i checked the conversations to see the token consumption, is all good at my end, and there are no looping conversations. Thanks @W. Williams (SFT) for bringing in @Builder Looking forward to a fix asap. Thank you

Thanks @Builder I can see that the 2M per month tokens has appeared, probably suggesting that I am now back to the pro plan. However, I had more tokens in there than that. I look forward to the resolve. Thanks
