Chatbot stopped working
My chatbot who was working for 4 month isnt loading anymore. It is showing me only the three dots showing loading and nothing more. I have changed nothing to the chatbot. Can you please tell me what can I do to fix the issue?

can you provide a URL?
Open the dev tools on your browser, go to network tab, send a message and check the request to see if it’s erroring out or something

When inspecting I get the message session ID is missing, however when I check the transcript part I can see a session ID.
What's the payload?

I just tried to look and there isn't a bot on that site.
