Filtering Knowledge Base
Is there a way to select that data source of a knowledge base to look up. my usecase let the user choose a product and i have a data source for each product. so i either need to select the data source or would like to use some metadata filtering. but it seems that i am not able to add metadata. like a product tag for a datasource. searching the whole knowledge base is contra productive because i need to make sure that the answer is based on the content of the belonging product the user was choosing… cheers #knowlegebase
