Customer Support VoiceFlow Strategy Best Practice
Attached is a screenshot on how i do my FAQ right now. I am really stuck on having a good base best practice to perform FAQ sections. Anyone have any advice? Would really appreicate the help
I am not a noob and I have been able to solve most problems in voiceflow, but I feel like there is a best practice here im not seeing. I see tutorials, but i want to build something that has error checking etc.
