Where has EVENT gone that normally sits above the AI in the workflow screen

So i have either had a really bad experience consuming some mushrooms but where has the event button gone, all the more recent you tube tutorials clearly show an event buutton above the AI button in the workflow screen, yet when i log in there is no such thing. ?????????
