Very powerful, excited to use it - will you be adding tags to the knowledge base access? My product has very similar features across multiple platforms, so ideally the agent knows where to look to not hallucinate its answer

@Brandersnatcher you can use paths to jump out of the agent step, do the API call and then go back in, OR, do your API call to the KB using a function (where you populate the call with tags)
Hmm guess I’ll have to play with this tomorrow

Soo what do we think so far??
It's missing some things, like I want to add a counter. I suppose I can have it exit the conversation and then come back, but idk if that'd slow down the conversation

Is it possible to use this with the dialog API? For example it keeps the flow stuck on the agent step without exiting, how are we going to for example respond back to a user and let it enter from start again? the idea is to use memory to keep track of captured info and submit the captured values to a database and respond with post request, currently the exit on every conversation turn is only exiting when I give it some input in VF internally - oh I see I would have to use functions to respond and store values then and send a request to hit an agent step right?

I have trouble to save changes in the instructions of the agent, sometime it saves other times not. I new at this platform, may it is simple, but I cannot find it. Thanks! Hugo
