Is "Move to folder..." not working?

I've downloaded a community template to my workspace and want to move it to a folder that I created and own. As you can see from this video, if I try to click and drag the template into the new folder, is doesn't get moved. If I click the three vertical buttons, I don't see a "Move to folder..." option as the documentation says I should. If I repeat these two steps for a project I created, I get the same result. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
