Knowledge Base Agent Is Not Working

Hello everyone.
We setup a knowledge base, and when we preview it, it works fine.
However, when we created an agent, and activated the Knowledge base option (we left the default settings) the agent keeps answers that he has no information, regarding the user questions. What am I missing?
The log shows that the right agent is getting the question.
Ideas?
