Agent, button issue
Hi, I’m working in the Voiceflow Agent block and trying to use the new “buttons” feature. I followed the official guidance and formatted the prompt like this:
question: What type of property are you selling?
Options:
- House
- Apartment
- Land / Plot
- Commercial Property
- Other
The “Buttons” toggle is ON, but when I test it:
The question appears without any clickable buttons
The options are just shown as plain text
Clickable buttons only appear after I type something
I’ve tried formatting by not including both Buttons: and Options: — neither works.
Can you confirm:
What’s the correct format for showing buttons with the question?
Is there anything else I need to enable or change to get the buttons to appear immediately?
