Can Voiceflow Handle File Uploads (Excel, PDF, PPT, Images) for API Integration?
I'm currently building a chatbot on Voiceflow for Tolaram Group, one of Africa’s leading manufacturing companies. The project involves integrating our Voiceflow agent with an internal-use website via API, where the agent fills out a form automatically based on user input.
So far, the API integration is going smoothly. However, I’ve encountered a challenge regarding file uploads.
When users fill out the form manually on the website, they often attach files — such as Excel files, PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, or images.
I have two key questions:
Does Voiceflow support file uploads from users (e.g., Excel, PDF, PPT, images)?
If yes, can those uploaded files be passed through the API to the external website?
Any guidance or suggestions would be highly appreciated!
