Save a chat report automatically into the knowledge base
I'm wanting to generate a report for every chat that my AI has with a potential client and automatically save it inside the knowledge base. Is this possible?

Yes, you can use a prompt step to organise the conversation data into a report then upload to kb with this API https://docs.voiceflow.com/reference/post_v1-knowledge-base-docs-upload
