Images Poorly cropped Bug
Hi everyone,
When I upload images to a carousel, they now get cropped instead of fitting properly like they used to. I’ve had this client system running smoothly for the past 5 months, but all of a sudden the images are being cropped poorly.
Is this a bug? And is there any workaround to make the images fit as before?

hey! i think this actually is a fix for images all now being same size so carousels appear routinely formatted
vs a bug
it means though the aspect ratio is now uniformly enforced so yeah it may make some older images not look as good if they were using a diff ratio
Thank you Braden. So I have to manually resize the image? The current set up uses Shopify product images so is there any way to fit or format the images?
Ahh, the good news is the images will all look good and be the same size in carousel now... the bad news is yes they may have to resize a bit
@BradenThanks for the message. Can this be adjusted with CSS? Is it possible to change the carousel size via CSS, and does Voiceflow allow those overrides?
