Question Regarding Credits
Hey, I am trying to build an agent that answers tax related queries. If i run out of credits, will I be able to get more credits on a temporary or permanent basis?

If you reach the end of your monthly credit allowance, your agent will pause until more credits are available.
How to get additional credits • Upgrade your workspace to a higher credit tier at any time from the Billing → Plan page. The upgrade takes effect immediately, giving you the larger credit pool for the rest of the billing period.
• You can later downgrade back to a lower tier once your usage drops – credits plans are flexible month-to-month.
• Auto-upgrade isn’t available yet, so increases have to be done manually.
• On Enterprise plans you can negotiate a custom credit bundle if you expect consistently high usage.
Alerting & continuity Voiceflow will email the workspace owner at 50 %, 75 %, 90 % and 100 % of your credit limit, so you have time to upgrade before the agent stops responding. Docs for reference:
