Help deploying agents for clients

I recently developed a customer support agent using voiceflow and I was wondering:
Do i deploy the agent with my account?
Do i create an account my client and I share?
Do I have the client create one and then ask for the info?
Also, are there ways to protect my client and I from getting hacked?
