When “Chat transcript saving” is off:
We are building a chatbot for a Norwegian client that handles sensitive information and want to ensure full GDPR compliance.
When “Chat transcript saving” is off:
Are any user messages or conversation data stored temporarily or permanently on Voiceflow servers (e.g., for analytics, debugging, or caching)?
Does this setting prevent Voiceflow from processing personal data beyond what is necessary for real-time conversation delivery?
Can this be considered GDPR-compliant for sensitive data, assuming no other integrations store user data?
Our goal is to make sure the chatbot leaves no residual user data when used by the client
