"Capture" type box with a "No reply" option.
Hi, I have a question.
There's a "Capture" type box with a "No reply" option. I configured it for 20 seconds with text like "Are you still there?" The interaction is as follows:
Step 1: An output appears with the text: "What is your name?"
Step 2: The user doesn't reply for more than 20 seconds.
Step 3: An output appears saying "Are you there?"
Step 4: The user replies: "Yes"
Step 5: An output appears saying "Great, let's continue, can you give me your name?"
Step 6: The user still doesn't reply for more than 20 seconds.
Step 7: No matter how much time passes, the user doesn't receive a reminder like "Are you still there?"
Is this expected behavior?
