Conversation in progress BUG

Hello I need some help, since the 27 january, I have conversations in my Transcripts list. But they are still in "Conversations in Progress" Status. I can't do any Reports with that.
Does someone have the same issue ? I tried myself the AI Agent on the specific website, chatted with him, closed the widget, and same thing. "Conversation in progress".
