Voiceflow does support the functionality to ask follow-up questions for missing entities in a target intent. This is achieved through the use of entity prompts within the Capture step. Here's how it works: - When designing your chat assistant, you can use a Capture step to record specific data types or entities from user responses. - If the user's response does not contain the entity you're trying to capture, you can configure your assistant to ask follow-up questions to obtain the required information. This is known as adding an Entity Prompt. - You can input your desired Entity Prompt responses and configure them similarly to Text steps, including markup styling for customization. - Additionally, you can manage the flow of the conversation based on whether the user's response matches the expected entities or not, using No Match and No Reply configurations within the Capture step. This functionality allows for a more dynamic and responsive interaction between the assistant and the user, ensuring that the assistant can gather all necessary information to fulfill the user's intent effectively.
