Attached file when creating a ticket on Voiceflow with Zendesk.
Hello everyone and thank you for listening.
I've created a chatbot with my company with the ability to create a ticket from the chatbot that is connected to my CRM Zendesk.
I would like the attachment to be received in the ticket via Zendesk.
I can retrieve all the information, but I would like to know if it's possible for my client to add one or more attachments during their request?

I have been a heavy user of Zapier and MAKE for many years, my answer is generally non-code related (cannot write code myself anyway). The things I can think of would be to embed an iFrame such as Jotform to get the user to upload the files there.
then, after the form submission, use the APIs to create a Zendesk ticket using the URLs you get from the form submission response.
