How to Create Zendesk Ticket for a specific organization?

Currently all the zendesk integrations/tools I have seen and tried creates ticket for the domain you add not for the specific organization inside that domain. Is it possible to send only to one organization and if so how? (I have different clients with their own organizations under our zendesk domain)
