Bot suddenly says "session ended"
I made a simple bot which has a knowledge base. However, after sending it to some friends it quickly just started returning "session ended" after the first round in conversation. It won't even work in test. It was working fine earlier today. Any idea what could be going wrong?

It seems the capture step is not connected to anything in the designer.

it is connected, and the bot appears to be working now. Right before I did that I handed the link to a lo tof people and it seems to me like them all talking to it crashed the system
