"Unavailable to find relevant awnser."
How do I make the AI to stay in its role and just say that it doesn't understand without this message appear?

To ensure that your AI Assistant stays in its role and simply states that it doesn't understand without displaying the message "Unavailable to find relevant answer," you can configure the Global No Match response to be static. Here’s how you can do it:
1. Navigate to Settings:
- Go to your project in Voiceflow.
- Click on the gear icon at the bottom of the left-hand panel to open Settings.
2. Edit Global No Match:
- In the Settings menu, find 'Global Logic' and click the 'Edit' button next to 'Global No Match.'
3. Set to Static Response:
- Choose the 'Static' option for Global No Match.
- Define a custom message for when the AI cannot find a relevant answer. For example, you can set it to say, "I'm sorry, I don't have an answer for that. Is there something else I can help with?"
This will ensure that your AI Assistant responds with a consistent, predefined message whenever it cannot find a relevant answer, instead of displaying the default "Unavailable to find relevant answer" message.
For more detailed instructions, you can refer to the Global No Match (Generative or Static) documentation.

I've already done that, by selecting the AI response. I prompted it to give a response concerning {last_utterance}, and say that it didn't found a proper response to that, ... And it's still displaying the default message
Are you using the KB?

For the AI response yeah, buy not for the error AI response (I don't think I can).
