Unable to find relevant answer

When I ask a question in the knowledge base preview the answer is correct. When I try to run the chatbot or send a preview for the same question it says "Unable to find relevant answer" is there a way to fix this?

Thats the knowledge base settings, can you share a screenshot of your ‘ai step’ in the canvas which clearly shows your prompting?

I need to see the prompting within the canvas not in the knowledge base.

My AI response step is just "The user asks a question about Atout Immo : {last_utterance}" and in the system prompt I'm setting the AI's role. I'm telling the AI to be confident to let know the user when his question isn't relevant. Telling these things to the system prompt as well as the knowledge base prompt. Now when I ask a random question, or nonsense, it's outputting "Unable to find relevant awnser" (I also turned off the no match path)

I’ve had a lot of KB issues lately too. I am betting there is a serious bug.
