Whats the definition of knowledgebase source? Is one uploaded document / 1 parsed url 1 source or is 1 chunk a source?

To implement the Knowledge Base in Voiceflow, you begin by navigating to the Knowledge Base tab within the Content section of your dashboard. Here, you can add new data sources by clicking the 'Add Data Source' button. You can select the type of data source that aligns with your requirements, such as URL(s), Plain text, Sitemap, PDF, and Docx.
Once you've selected your data source, you can set a refresh rate to ensure that the information remains up-to-date. Options for the refresh rate include 'Never', 'Daily', 'Weekly', or 'Monthly', depending on how frequently you want the information to be updated.
You can also perform bulk updates to manage multiple data sources simultaneously. To further refine the performance of your Knowledge Base, customization options are available through the KB Settings modal. Here, you can adjust settings such as Model, Temperature, Max Tokens, Instructions, System, and Chunk Limit to tailor the generation of responses to your specific needs.
